I recently worked with Rob to print t-shirts and booklets for a work conference. I live in the US and needed to find a reliable and communicative printer vendor in London. Their team was both of those qualities and more. I wasn’t going to be attending the event or able to see the product in person. Rob made sure to send real photo proofs to review. He was very communicative and easy to work with. The event attendees said the end product was 10/10. I’ll work with them again if I need printing in London.

Thank you so much for today guys, wow, so I needed a emergency print job that they didn’t do on small runs but they did it for me out off kindness, i was expecting that they would cut corners on the paper and print quality but it was the total opposite, the paper quality was absolutely second to none, and they did 2 a3 card print for me also which they don’t do as a (2 print small job) yet they helped me out, the crazy thing is they never had a a3 size envelope so they cut 2 pieces of sturdy card and wrapped them with my prints into a lovely hand made envelope as you will see in the pictures, when i asked how much i owed them they said not to worry it didn’t take much and did not charge me.
This job was clearly worth about £12 to £15 and they handed me the envelope with a smile, i asked if i could leave them a review or something and they said sure if you want, so here is my long winded review more of a testimony were i say all of that to say i don’t think its just business with these printers i think they actually love what they do and it reflects in there quality and creativity, not only am i grateful for the job quality but thankful for the refreshing reminder that real kindness is still present in the human race.

I came to the shop after a poor experience with Copyprints down the road. Rob made my (very) last minute request seem like no sweat – he and his team were able to turn my task around in just two hours – all this on a Friday before the bank holiday weekend! Rude, average and overpriced. Rather than just be honest and say they don’t wish to take smaller orders, they seem to relish in obnoxiously stringing out the enquiry process and coming up with ludicrously high pricing.
I have used them once before and the quality was average. You can get the same results in any other printing shop, though you might deal with nicer people and pay a little less.
