Wedding Stationery — Bespoke Design & Printing for your Special Day

Engaged to be married? Many congratulations and every good wish to you, from all of us. It’s an incredible milestone in anyone’s life and a cause for great celebration. It’s also the start of an incredible journey and one that needs some serious organisational skills!

If you haven’t already made arrangements, we would love to help out with the high quality printing of your wedding stationery, each part designed and produced to your exact requirements, to help make your day even more special.

Wedding Invitations

It all starts with your wedding invitations. We can make them look attractive — even ‘theme’ them if you like (see the examples below). Whatever style you decide upon, we’ll make your invites look just how you want them, to set the tone of your special day in just the right way. Whether you prefer a traditional theme, vintage feel, modern look or something light-hearted, Southside Print London Bridge’s in-house designers will conjure up something beautiful and memorable. Then, of course, we can print them perfectly, using your choice of card, whether textured, uncoated or even iridescent — there is a huge range of very special options that are available. Check out just a few examples of wedding stationery that we have printed and designed below — click the arrows to advance the slides …

Envelopes

Don’t forget, we can also make the accompanying envelopes match perfectly, using beautiful colours, textures and perhaps even bespoke envelope liners if you like. We can also laser-cut both envelopes and invitations if you’re looking for a ‘filigree’ or ‘lace’ type of detailing to the shape.

R.S.V.P. Cards and Return Envelopes

Southside Print can also design and print R.S.V.P. postcards or cards with return envelopes to match, at a size that’ll perfectly fit inside your outer invitation envelopes.

Wedding Packs, Belly Bands, Gift Lists and Save the Date Cards

If you’re looking for a real impact and for something truly special, we can even design a ‘belly band’ (a central strip of printed card or paper) to wrap around the entire contents, forming an impressive ‘wedding pack’ for your potential guests. This can also include a matching ‘Save the Date’ card or tag too — something for your guests to keep handy as a reminder of your special date. Perhaps it might also include a printed card giving details of the wedding gift list, whether listed out therein, or directing the guest to the right store or online gift list — there are lots of such services available online as well as from ‘bricks and mortar’ high street stores like John Lewis and Harrods, for example.

Printing for your Big Day

When the big day finally comes around, guests to the wedding ceremony itself will need an Order of Service (or ‘Order of Ceremony’) booklet which will also benefit from good design and high quality printing on some special paper or card. At Southside Print London Bridge we can make sure it complements your other wedding stationery and any wedding theme and colouring beautifully.

Once at the reception venue, guests will look for the table/seating plan, which is often displayed on an easel or similar, so guests can find the right seat and table. We can design and print those too – it’s all part of the service. They’re perfect for use on our large format printers. We’ll make them look equally special and in a style to match your invitations and other wedding stationery, so as to continue your theme.

You’ll also usually need name cards so guests sit at the right tables. Each table would usually also benefit from an information/welcome card which can sit in a little stand if single-sided or stand on its own right if presented as a folded card, ‘tent’ card or ‘table talker’ (usually 3-sided) card. You might also require printed menus or perhaps the menu could be incorporated into the table talker or card. It’s all flexible and totally down to your choice and budget. Sometimes those getting married also like to leave a little table gift or ‘wedding favour’ (for instance sugared almonds or chocolates in an ‘organza’ bag) and those too can continue the theme if supplied with a matching printed card or bespoke swing tag. It might even be that you personalise each of these (perfect for our digital printing machines) with each guest’s name. That way, they can even double-up as a name card for the table.

After The Honeymoon

When you’re back from your honeymoon, there’s usually one last thing to do … send out ‘thank you’ cards to each of your guests. These too can be designed and printed in the same style and theme as your wedding stationery and communications. Doing so will also form another wonderful reminder of a very special day.

Finally, a Thank You

Our thanks to Chiara Raine for one of the images shown in the slideshow above. Chiara is a professional blogger who writes on the subject of weddings, so we are all the more delighted to have produced printing for her very own wedding ceremony. The Order of Service, featured in slide 14 above, shows an internal page and spread.
